Greening and landscaping of a plot of 5800 m². It was one of the most difficult projects from a technical point of view.
The site was located in a marshy area, half a meter from the foundation, it was possible to cut the reeds and remove duckweed. Our team cleared the plot, made a site plan, installed powerful drainage and stormwater, installed concrete foundations, made paving pavers, formed a pond, and and created lightning.
We made the necessary planting, laid the lawn, installed retaining walls and zoned the plot to the forest zone and the garden zone, hearth, fruit zone, sports ground.
There are lawn and mixborder for a plot of 2800 m². Substantial work was done on preparing the soil for planting before spreading the lawn and planting a mixborder from perennial plants and decorative coniferous and deciduous trees and shrubs. It is always a guarantee of longevity.
In the beginning of work, the site was littered with construction waste, so we had to deal with overhaul at first. Then plan, terrain and do the construction of a drainage system.
In addition, for 3 months of work, an automatic watering system and lighting were installed, a hedge and a lawn were planted. In the future, it is planned to continue landing work with this object.
Work took us 2 weeks. The plot was prepared and cleared of weeds. River sand and lowland peat were chosen as the most suitable soil. The brought soil was evenly scattered and mixed by a cultivator with the "mother" land of the site.
It turned out 18-20 cm of the fertile horizon. For sowing, we chose 2 varieties of lawn: sun- and shade-loving. They were sown with a smooth transition, depending on the illumination of the site. Within a month, the team went to check, watering and finishing up to the first cutting.
The plot was forested and shady, so our team picked up a massive shade-loving mixborder of perennial plants: several varieties of hosts, astilbe, rhododendron, lily, buzulnik.
This mixborder is ideal for moist semi-shady areas, it is unpretentious in maintenance and will delight Dmitry for a long time with its bright colors during flowering.
It was in 2016. The bottom of the pond was manually lined with white and pink Indonesian and black Black Sea pebbles.
The pond was 8 meters Length , and 2 meters width. It turned out an intricate and pattern that looks very bright and unusual under water.
